Standard Service in Lee County     $40.00 for all legal process originating in Florida

Standard Service in Lee County     $50.00 for all foreign legal process

Eviction Service in Lee County      $40.00 completed within 24 hours of receipt if it may be posted

Standard Service of legal process in all other Florida counties.     $75.00 for all legal process.

Standard Service of legal process in Continental U.S.     $150.00 (Call for quotes in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada)

Rush Service  adds $25.00 in the 20th Judicial Circuit, Call for a quote in other areas. (Service attempted with in 24 hours of receipt of documents.)

Priority Service in Lee County $90.00  Call for a quote in other areas. (Service attempted as soon as possible or service needed at a specific date and time)

Second Address  adds $25.00

Any process received less than seven (7) days prior to the court date will incur a rush fee

Document requiring overnight delivery by UPS or FEDEX will incur that carrier's fee in addition to the service requested

Document Filing or Retrieval     $25.00* Lee County same day, Collier County next day. (call for a quote in other areas or for priority service.) Documents filed in the Clerk of Courts that are not being served. Filing is free of charge with service of process.

Notary Services  No charge on service of process.

Custom Document Handling  Call for a quote. (Documents can be picked up, delivered, notarized and returned or filed as needed.)

Foreclosure Sale Representation    20th Judicial Circuit  (Lee,Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, & Glades)  $150.00*
